Jason and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Jason showed up ask a few questions, got my information and started getting everything done. I had to do very little to get my roof repaired. They are honest and works very hard for you. The work was done quickly, neatly and looks great. Easiest job I’ve hired out to be done ever. We ran into some additional issues during the repair and he jumped right in took control of the situation and he made sure my repairs were done correctly. I am very impressed with Jason and his crew. My home is now dry and safe. He knows what hes doing and he knows how to get it done all while keeping his clients best interest at heart.

After contacting us, we arrived at her convenience and did a thorough storm damage roof inspection. We documented the damage for her. She secured us as her preferred contractor and we advised her throughout the process. Consequently, because she gave us the opportunity to provide her with our roofing services, her insurance company paid for her new roof replacement.

We coordinated with her the appropriate day to do the roof replacement. When that day arrived, we installed a full roofing system that will protect her home for years to come. We also installed new gutters and did some siding repairs while we were there. Lastly, all of our repairs and installation were in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code.

In this instance, we discovered severe storm damage on this particular homeowner’s roof. There were entire sections of their roof that were totaled because of hail damage. Also, some of their windows and most of their gutters were severely damaged by the hail as well.

Firstly, we documented all of the damage. Secondly, we walked the homeowner’s through our storm damage roof repair process so they knew what to expect. Next, we followed up with their insurance company after they filed the claim.

Sometimes that is necessary part of the process to bring a homeowner’s roof up to Ohio Code. Consequently, we got all of the damages approved by their insurance for a full roof replacement. Next, the homeowner selected the style of roof, windows and gutters they wanted. Then we scheduled the installation on a day that was convenient for them. Lastly, after the roof replacement was finished we cleaned up the yard and left no mess.
