Position Summary:

We are a roofing company based out of Mansfield, OH seeking a reliable, motivated Project Manager to be part of our expanding residential and commercial roofing team. Specializing in roofing, siding and window installation, Absolute Assurance Restorations has a strong presence in Mansfield, Ashland, Mt. Vernon & surrounding areas, as well as Delaware and Columbus, Ohio. 

This position will manage most aspects of roofing, siding and window installation jobs. Also, candidate must be able to do inspections on projects at all stages of each respective project. 

General Responsibilities:

• Perform roof inspections in accordance with company policies and standards
• Manage all stages of each respective project
• Schedule job start/completion dates, and manage them until completion
• Meet with customers and provide updates
• Follow-up on all customer concerns and provide detailed information to assist customers at various stages of project
• Coordinate with roofers and roofing crews on all assigned projects
• Maintain project budgets
• Ensure job sites are in compliance with company safety policies and procedures, and federal, state and local regulations 
• Quality inspection to finalize projects and to ensure company standards are satisfied
• Other General office duties as needed (including paperwork)

Qualifications and Skills:

• 4-5 years construction project management experience with roofing, siding and windows installation
• Ability to schedule projects
• Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously at various job sites
• Detailed understanding of construction projects, primarily roofing, siding and window installations
• Detailed understanding of projects involving shingle roofs, rubber roofs, peel and stick
• Need a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication, organization and analytical skills
• Would be a bonus to have experience with slate roofing, cedar shake roofing and custom copper work
